「寫音字」照語音寫字，不照意思。台語え寫音字是「え」（e音）佮「あ」（a音）——兩个字源自日語假名，與漢字同源同根同基因，書法佮漢字有天然え美觀融合性。
These two phonograms only exist as suffixes to their host words — they carry no independent meaning. Their power lies in what they do grammatically: together they cover the majority of Taiwanese grammatical suffixes.
文句看著「え，あ」就知影是台文。「えあ意音字」一看就知影是台灣文字，是台文え識別好標記。「えあ」比「的、地、仔、子」好寫好用，參台式漢字寫伙好看，也会使縱寫。
